2 lbs lean ground beef
3 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground mustard
2 cups crumbled queso fresco
2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
salsa or hot sauce of your choice (preferably the world's greatest salsa-earlier post.)
10 large iceberg lettuce leaves for wrapping
In a saute pan, brown your meat, drain, and set aside. Toss together with all the spices. Make tacos inside the lettuce cups and enjoy.
